Reservation
- Must be secured by 30% deposit of money transferred or credit card within 7 days after mail or verbal booking, otherwise the booking will be release automatically.
- If the reservation is made less than 7 days before check in date fully payment is required.
- During the peak season booking must be secured by the full payment of money transferred or credit card within 7 days after mail or verbal booking, otherwise the booking will be release automatically.
Cancellation or Amendments
- Amendments need to be made no less than 15 working days prior to check-in date
- 7 – 14 days prior to arrival, 15% of total booking cost will be charged
- 3- 6 days prior to arrival, 50% of total booking cost will be charged
- 100% of total booking will be charged for no-show or for notification made less than 3 days prior to arrival.
- In case of early check out, non refund will be made.
